Privacy Notice

This version took effect on 2026-10-18.

We are Barndominium Builders Knoxville. When you use barndominiumbuildersknoxville.com, call us or send a request, we receive some information about you. This notice covers how we handle it.

What you share with us

We receive three kinds of information. First, anything you enter in our forms (name, phone, email, ZIP code, the service and your message). Second, call records when you phone us (your number, when you called, how long the call lasted and, where enabled, a recording and transcript). Third, basic technical data your browser sends, such as IP address, browser type and the page that referred you.

Why we use your information

• To respond to your request, schedule an estimate and provide the service.
• To prevent spam and fraud, and to measure which pages produce requests.

Sharing

We share your information only with the service providers who help us run this site, answer calls and complete your request (for example, form, phone and scheduling providers, and the technicians who perform the work). We do not sell your personal information.

Keeping information safe

We hold on to request records only as long as they are needed and take reasonable steps to keep them secure, though no online transmission can be guaranteed safe.

Texts and calls

If you ask us to contact you, we may call, text or email you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.

Your choices

Call (865) 273-0759 or use our online contact form if you want a copy of the information we hold about you, a correction, or deletion.

Children

We do not aim this site at children under 13 and do not knowingly gather information from them.
